Super Move Service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by Super Move Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) is subject to the relevant laws (“Information and Communications Network”) to protect the personal information and location information of customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). Article 5 Rights and methods of exercise of service users and legal representatives

  1. Service users can exercise the following personal information protection rights against the company.
  1. Among the rights under paragraph 1, requests for viewing and correction can be made through the member management function in the menu while logged in using the registered ID and password. All rights of protest can be exercised against the company in writing, e-mail, facsimile (FAX), etc. in accordance with the form in Appendix 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the company will take action without delay.
  2. If the information subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the company will not use or provide the personal information until correction or deletion is completed.
  3. The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be done through an agent, such as the information subject's legal representative or a person authorized to do so. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in the format of Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  4. The right of the information subject to request viewing and suspension of processing of personal information may be limited by Article 35, Paragraph 5 and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. Requests for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection in other laws and regulations.
  6. The company verifies whether the person making the request, such as a request for viewing, request for correction or deletion, or request for suspension of processing, is the person or a legitimate agent in accordance with the information subject's rights.
